How to pay expenses based on cost center?

Dear Experts,

Business Process:

There are 2 cost centers. (Names are 1000 cost center and 2000 Cost center)

Mr. Jan belongs to 1000 Cost center.

He had expenses 20K out this,  10K for 1000 cost center and 10K for 2000 cost center.

How Mr. Jan can send claim request through ESS for different cost center base?

where you want to claim it? ie travel etc? Accordingly you can customise in the applicaiton
