DMS document Preview, Save, Print Authorization

Hi DMS Experts,

Can we have SAP USER ID based authorization control on originals (files) w.r.t. preview, save, save as and print?

If yes, please let me know how can we achieve this in SAP DMS or EASY DMS.

Hi Tilak,

Under  DOCUMENT _ECL01  able to deactivate those options. By technically we didn't able to control why because its displaying through viewers tools. Checked authorisation object S_GUI but not have fields like  save, save as , control to.

Just I shared my knowledge it may be helpful to you and if found better solution please update.
