Hi Experts,
We are implementing ERMS in our project for receiving e-mails to agent groups. We are having Lotus notes as our e-mail server. E-mails also have large attachments (>10MB attachments). Did any of you experience issues with large attachments and different attachment types especially with e-mails forwarded from Lotus notes to CRM and consumed by ERMS rules engine for routing? Is having Microsoft exchange server as e-mail server mandatory for e-mail forwards from mail server to SAP CRM to be able to use ERMS functionality for routing?

Changing the Incoming email format in LN may help making the attachments visible in CRM.

Do not know about large attachments. But I have not seen any differences either using Lotus or MS Exchange with ERMS. If you do not get any emails (even small emails) from Lotus server in SAP CRM server (tx. SOIN) I think it's an issue on Lotus side.
