Can we integrate the SAPUI5 screens into the HTML template in an ITS application?

Hi All,

         I am working on an IAC which runs on Integrated ITS. Right now i'm editing the generated HTML templates in SE80. I want to know, "Is there a possibility that we can develop screens using SAP UI5 & integrate it to our application? " .

Can we make use of SAP UI5 technology in ITS?
