Hi Experts,
The ITS set up in Dev system tested and worked successfully. After transport of templates and service to Q system in EWM, the templates start having three unwanted logos and none of the push buttons work.

In the Q System EWM - have you activated the ITS?
From your description I suspect that the MIME's have not been activated?
