Remediation View shows no data found

Hi Guys,

Am getting blank output for user risk analysis output type Remediation view, where are when you select the output type as Technical view I get data.

Let me know anyone has the fix for the same. The system is currently on 10.1 SP 5

Hi Arif,

I can see the data for technical view but not for remediation view, am not sure for remediation what needs to be sync.

Hi Ilya,

Please update service catalog GRAC_GW_VIOLSUMM_REM_SRV alias name with LOCAL and try to run the risk analysis with remediation view.

Execution Path:

SPRO-->SAP Netweaver-->Gateway -->OData Channel -->Administration --> General Settings -->Activate and Maintain Services.

Hi ,

In Remidiation view we are not able to display any actions and permissions of role , please advice for any configuration settings need to be performed.

Hi All,

In GRC 10.1, I am trying to use the remediation view but no luck, getting the below error.

URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not avialble.

please advise , how to resolve this issue.

Hi Babu,

Please check below configuration activities

1) SPRO-->SAP Net weaver-->Gateway -->OData Channel -->Administration --> General Settings -->Activate and Maintain Services(GRAC_GW_VIOLSUMM_REM_SRV).

2)Check web services are activated or not(SICF)

3)Use chrome browser instead of IE

Hi Mani,

which browser you are using..?

If it is IE, then this issue might be because of the compatibility issues.

You can refer Note: 1864386, 1975874

Let us know whether or not this rectifies your issue.

Do you think that you can directly access NWBC..without even launching any web-browser..?

Once you execute NWBC  in GRC box, by defaul which web browser starts..?

If it is Interet Explorer (IE), then the issue might be becaue of the compatibility issues as have been faced by many other users.

You can apply the suggested notes, see if it helps.

Yes I dont use internet explorer for AC instead I use only NW Business Client.
