Questionlist Upload in Audit Management

Hello Experts,

I have issue to upload question list in SAP Audit Management.

I am following SAP Note 597982.
I used the standard template i.e., XML-Exchange-2.Zip

I mainted the data in following field

External ID
Description
Hierarchy
Long Description

Then Macros- run the 'XML Create'
It generate the XML file.

Then I run the trans Code - PLMD_AUDIT.
Select the audit, for which question list need to import.
Then in 'Audit Component' tab activate the 'Import' functionality.
Through this functionality import the XML template of questionlist.
After executing this function message pop 'entries were found'.

But questionlist not getting upload.

So please guide me to resolve this issue...

Hey Vishal,

I am currently looking into this functionality as well. Why do you need to create an audit to try to import a question list? I read somewhere that a 'dummy' component must be created, which I took to be a blank question list component. Then the new question list is saved, and PLMD_AUDIT should be refreshed. Please reply with any information you may have gained from this endeavor.
