Hello Eperts,
In the UME of the portal when viewing an ID we can see the BILLER DIRECT Tab where you can view the profile of the user ID in the backend (ECC) and also assign Business Partners. All of sudden we noticed that this tab no longer shows up. Any idea what to do about this situation or where to check?

Hi Wes,
Please first make sure that you have assigned the action fscm~bd.Manage_All to your
administrator role in UME. Kindly follow this steps -
1. Logon to UME
2. Search for the user.
3. Click on modify button
4. Goto tab 'Assigned Roles'
5. Click on role 'Administrator'
6. Here you will find a small arrow symbol on 'Administrator' role
7. click on this arrow for Show Details
8. A new window will appear and in that select tab 'Assigned Action'
9. Click on Modify button.
10. Search for the role fscm~bd.Manage_All and assign it to
'Administrator'
11. Once you assign it save it and logoff and logon with administrator
and you will get the tab 'Biller Direct'

I'm having the issue where we are not able to see the Biller Direct "TAB". What where the steps taken to have the biller direct tab visible...?
