Just to know, is it possible to start training on Success factor "compensation mastery" with doing "introduction to mastery" training and also if he/she dont have any background of SAP HR, though he/she is into other module in SAP only.

You need to complete Introduction to Mastery first. No background in SAP ERP HCM or in HR is needed.

There is no any training program for successfactor like SAP training. if your employer is a successfactor partner then you can go for the training.
