over delivery tolerance in BASE unit of measurement

Hi Experts

i need to restrict user for over delivery

in my business process

We have sales unit in PAC and base unit is meter  now User created 2 PAC order as 50 meter each PAC means 2*50=100 meter total

So I want system allow user to deliver 4 PAC  but not more than 100 meter

If I restrict from delivery item category over delivery option it restrict user to put 4 pac

Logic for tolerance is in include FV50XFLP_LIPS_LFIMG_PRUEFEN_UE

you can study it and where ever sales unit VRKME is mentioned you can check if through enhancement point you can use Base unit MEINS

Other option is to userexit and develop your own logic , you can use MV45AFZZ may be in save_document_prepare.

Take help from abaper it may be achieve by self logic.
