Team Calendar of Employee is displaying as Travel instead of Holiday

Hi Experts,

We have implemented ESS/MSS and we got a production issue.

Manager has logged into portal --> Clicked on MSS --> Team --> and the Team calendar is displaying 9th June as Travel for one employee with Green colour. Actually 9th June is a holiday and it should display in Yellow color. PFA the screenshot.

I checked IT 0007 work schedule which is showing a holiday on 9th June.

I checked IT 2002 there are no attendance/ Travel trips maintained on 9th June

I checked IT 2001 and there are no leaves taken on 9th June.

Can some one explain me what could be the reason for this.

In EHP5 and later, enhancement spot HRESS_TEAM_CALENDAR_ENH is used to populate the Team Calendar with trips.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions. Now the client doesn't want to see the trips (Green Color Legend) in Team Calendar. How can it be possible? Please help me with your inputs.

I believe the enhancement is called from WDA component HRESS_C_LEA_TEAM_CALENDAR, view V_TEAM_CALENDAR, method READ_CALENDAR_DATA. The enhancement is active by default. Apart from deactivating the enhancement or enhancing the method, nothing comes to my mind. Using any other of the BAdIs won't help, they are called before the enhancement.

I agree with samuli The standard delvierey for exit HRESS_B_TEAM_CALENDAR_ENH is class CL_HRMSS_TEAMCALE_TRAVEL. You can hide the entries or delete the legend in your implementation It determines the travel data from table ptrv_head and displays that data.

check for that date any trip request exist for this employee no.

I checked in PR05 T.code and here a trip has been approved for this employee on said date. Thanks for your inputs.

that's why it's showing the green colour legend.

You can replicate same scenario in QAS system and check the same.
