Report need to be generated when updation or creation happened in main tables

i want to generate a automatic report or mail alert when any changes or creation happens in main tables.

Hi,

You can definitely meet your requirement by creating the workflow for the main table and set the trigger action as Record Create or Record Update.

thanks for the document. but for me trigger action Record import alone is enabled. do u have any idea by this is happening?

Hi,

I am not sure why only Record Import is enable, since Trigger Action is standard field in standard workflow table.

Under Normal circumstances it should look like this, where u should be able to add trigger action on right hand side section ( in your case Add and Update)
