I have been trying multiple links to get to documentation for OpenDocument command.  Every time I click on a link, I get a SAP error page.  This seems to be the document: xi31_sp3_opendocument_en. pdf

Here is the link that works for sure:

I tested the link in IE, Firefox. SAP imaged computer, non SAP computer and VMWare image.

BTW.; you can find all documentation on Help.SAP.com. Once there select Analytics - All Products. Then select your language. Finally select the product and release from the drop downs.
