Analysis Excel SP 07 Schedule Option History Tab

Hi Guys,

Being new to SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office have some queries on the same,

As tested we can now schedule the Analysis Workbook from BILaunchpad,however I do not see History Tab for after scheduling. Is this a limitation?

Also,I am able to see instances from Instance Manager but not every user will have access to Instance Manager to see instances.

Just wanted to ask is the History Tab a thing that will be added in future.

After scheduling, you can see the list Under "My recently run documents" in BI launch pad

Thanks for your reply.

It says Document not released.

However that list will be updated everytime I run documents.

Can we have history option for Analysis Workbook?

Hi Nikhil D,

Note should be available in next Patch release

Apart from run documents, not sure separatley History tab available

lets see if anybody knows from community may help you

This is scheduling of AO files is a new feature and it is not finished. The history (like for other file types) will come but this will be maybe at the end of this year. I got the information maybe in 4.1 SP5 depends on capacities (and 4.1 SP5 is not on the current schedule).
