http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-25224

It may help you developing understanding on basic's of variant configuration, super routing is one part of it.

If you create a Routing for a configurable material, it is called Super Routing. In that routing you will have rules that may or will have difference operations or operation parameters based on the configuration parameters. Since one Routing will satisfy all the possible configurations of the materials, it is called Super Routing, similar to a BOM for configurable material is called Super BOM

There is no separate transaction. The same routing transaction should be used for Super Routing too.

in addition to what Ramesh suggested above, I propose, please go through below link

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/92/58c149417011d189ec0000e81ddfac/content.htm?frame...

use transaction CA01 for creating routing , its same for super routings too.

Thanks
