Hello Community Experts!
I am configurating Interactive Reporting for CRM. I already did everything mentioned in the Configuration Guide.
When I start the /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD in CRM I do not get any errors but when I start /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD on my local BI client it tells me: "Define a remote function call destination that points to the BI client". But I already defined such a RFC connection in my CRM client (trusted!).
When I log on to the CRM-System as MarketingPro and try to start a report I get the following errors:
Messages for DataSource /CRMBW/OLTP_LEAD from source system A78CLNT906
System error: No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trust
Details Error reading the data of InfoProvider /CRMBW/MKTG_C01
Details Error while reading data; navigation is possible
Online analytical processing: query execution aborted
Specify reference currency; default is EUR
CL_CRM_OR_REPORTRESULT========CM001 122 METHOD
Does anyone else face this issue or can help me solving this problem?
Thanks & Regards,
Marcel
Dear Community,
I'm still facing this issue. Can anyone suggest a workaround or something?
Thank you!
Marcel

Hi Marcel,
In CRM Client ensure that the settings are correct for table SMOFPARSFA
Refer to the CRM Interactive Building Block C41 Configuration Guide in
scetion "Making Reporting Client Known (CRM).

Thank you for your fast reply Gervase!
I checked table SMOFPARSFA in CRM again (see screenshot).
914 is my CRM-Client, 111 is my BI-Client. The Configuration Guide said that I should set the Paramval to "<XXXCLNTNNN>; enter the value of the RFC connection to the CRM client". So I did that as it can be seen in the screenshot (last three entries).
To avoid getting an Error saying "Define a remote function call destination that points to the BI client" in the Configuration Wizard of CRM-Client I created the first red marked entry.
But still do I get this Error running the Configuration Wizart in BI-Client.
Did I mix something up?
Thanks for your help!
Marcel
