Search IR By Email ID.

Hello.

After ERMS implementation we create interaction records from inbound emails.

But now,I need to know interaction record number in attached email .

By our scenario,the users open email from Agent Inbox and relevant IR Number must be shown into email body.

How I can search IR Number by email ?

Hi Spector,

Don't know if I understood correctly, but if you're display the agent inbox result list in tree mode, you can just search there for desired email, and press 'expand' icon to see which interaction record is connected to that email.

Your tip is very helpful for me.

My  question is, how I can show interaction number in mail body.

What's ABAP/BOL programming functions could  help me to give IR number by mail GUID ?

And an another question .

What can we do for show expanding items in agent inbox ,by default ?
