Hi Gurus,
I am trying to update the decision table in BRM using the rules manager.
But there is no option of export/import rather there is no editing possible at all .
I am referring this blog.
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-51351
I added the user roles SAP_BRM_Admin and SAP_BRM_NWA_Admin also to my user but still unable to do so.
Can you please guide me on this to edit the decision table?
Highly appreciate quick responses as it is really on a huge priority for me.
Thanks buddies,
Hi,
If when you set the right roles still not working, following this:
https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce72/helpdata/en/45/60a31b861e4087a2c3ac6c476184d0/content.htm
You can try this:
NWA->Configuration->Security->Identity Management->Business Role Access Control->Select BRM DC set "FULL" permission to the Role or Group you have.

Just assign the pre-shipped 'SAP_BRM_Admin' role to the user trying to edit. That's all is required. No need to create any new roles.
This role will grant almost all accesses to the user for all BRM components.
Refer this BRM Authorizations document for all possible BRM Roles and Actions.
Hope this helps.
Sid.

Hi,
The inputs provided by Tobias Hamdorf are to be followed step by step. You can also create any custom UME or Portal Role with some name of your choice in the NWA System and then assign "Full" access to this role as per the steps given in that post.
Note : This assignment of Rules access is specific to a particular Development Component. It has to be assigned manually for each DC.
Best Regards,
Arun

You have to add full access for your BRM project in Business Rule Access Management in NWA. This is a own tab in the identity management. There you have to chose your BRM Project and select the role your user is assigned to and then set full access for this role and it should work.
here some additional help:

Everything from Step 7 is what you need to do.

Tobias
