How an Employee will Book For an Event

Hi all,

In training and Event Management, Usually in real time how an Employee of an Organization will Book for an an Event which takes place in their organization.Will the employee will directly go to the transaction PV00 and book or have some other way.

Please gimme the Reliable answers..

If you have the Learning Solution (LSO), the employee can enroll in the course from the Enterprise Portal. If not then usually its someone in the Training dept. who keys in the enrollee's. The process is different at each company but usually attendance is done by calling or emailing someone in the Training Dept.

If you don’t have the portal where employees can book them self or enroll to the Business Event … then in this case you need to have a training coordinator who does the bookings for the employee to the business event.
