I am posting here; my SAP Customer Incident seems bogged down and I believe this group can provide some thoughts or workarounds.
As I look to ASAP8 standard methodology, I see two items that to me are "bad content".
I am looking for thoughts/assistance/workaround for this content and am grateful to people for guidance.

thank you for bringing this to our attention. The content team is working on the updates to remove the reference to VLM as the tool has been discontinued and replaced with new solution. The second issue with access to the accelerator - the team will update the URL. While we do that if you need it please DM me your e-mail and I'll send you a copy of the file (I can't load it here).
