Automatic user locking and logout then unlock process.

Dear Sap Gurus,

We have a requirement that we need to lock particular users at some particular time and kill the logged in users from the system ,

then we need to run our scheduled process and after completion the process, we need to unlock the users.

We tried to find some tcode or program but we are unable to find that.

Please suggest.

During your (long) search, did you [not] find

  • BAPI like BAPI_USER_[UN]LOCK to lock (and release I hope) users /or/ transactions like SU10 (available in SU01 menu)
  • FM like  TH_USER_LIST, TH_POPUP then  TH_DELETE_USER /or/ transaction like SM04

Which keywords did you use ?
