Uk Quarter days query

Hi,

We have implemented uk quarter days, but we are seeing a problem when running RERAPP (periodic posting). We carry out the postings every month, and the expectation is that we will invoice for the next quarter based on if that invoice is due or not.

However we are seeing that the simulation of the posting shows a partial amount on the invoice - not the whole quarter.

We run RERAPP for invoices due in that month, my expectation would be if an invoice is due - to see the whole period on the invoice not it cut off for the month that RERAPP has been run for.

Can anyone comment on this?

Dear alys carlisle.

For your requirement, you firstly check your Cash-Flow Frequency on the contract.

So, you can consider 2-Options as below ;

  1. Go to RECN or RE80 (Browsing the Real estate contract)  ;

  2. Move to Parameters Tab , Click Frequency and enter "Number of Frequency Units of Period" for

      generating cash flow such as ;

      - for Quarterly cash flow : you can enter "3" of every month(0-Months)

      - FrequencyStart : you can select the "Start of Frequency" 

      

  3. Finally, you can generate and check your Quarterly Cash flow as below screen ;
