Mass update Audit data

Hi,

Is there a way to mass update the Audits tab data?

We did some preliminary analysis and it seems there is no standard template available for this and we might have to go with custom fields.

Hi Priyanka,

There is no standard template available to mass update on collection data. For the collection there is an option to import next to Add button as you must have seen.

If you really need then a custom collection have to be created and you can mass update the custom collection data.

Please elaborate which import button are you talking about.

Like I mentioned, we want to update Audit data for agreements, hence planning on creating new custom collection for it as we are not sure if the standard audit fields can be mass updated.

HI Priyanka,

As stated before there is no standard template available to mass update the Audit Tab fields.

Creating a custom collection would be the best possible solution available, you can create a custom collection and can mass update that collection as per your requirement.
