Hi Everyone,
Lately I have been running into this issues quite constantly.
When I create a Service order everything looks fine and system runs smoothly and while I am creating the Service Confirmation doing a follow up on this Service order I come into this issue, right when I am trying to save the Service confirmation this message appears not allowing me to save.
! Confirmation exists for Service Order 3XXXXXXXXX. And when I check in the Service Order there is no Service Confirmation.
Has any of you encounter this same issue?
I would greatly appreciate your comments on this matter.

Multiple Service confirmations are allowed for a service order.
You can debug and check whether this error message is coming from standard code. or any enhancement is causing this problem.

Hi Anaya,
It seems Service confirmation is created automatically in backend. Can you check in GUI , transaction CRMD_ORDER for service order number 3000009781, if there is any service confirmation assigned?
