Dear Experts,

   I want to ask how to deal with bakery and butchery in SAP retail, Does we use production module to produce special breads and special types of meats from the raw materials of flour and meat or there is other solution which can help in that, so that we can't loss our cost.

Hi,

I also face the same issue when task to setup a F&B outlet using SAP ECC 6.0.

I also face issues like

a. Sugar used is computed up to the nearest grams

b. Ice cream in terms of Kilogram as well as no. of scoop.

c. Cakes with different dimensions (12", 9", etc).

I hope you found a solution to your problem

HI,

you can use two material types , one raw flour or fill fish , after cutting the stock of this item can be transferred to another article / another MC . 1 kg flour = 2 qty bread . 1 kg fish raw to 2 qty 500 gems packed fish .

both raw and cut fish article master should exist In system.

If you agree with approach I will help with t codes & set up .
