Dear experts
Our company is running VM farm for servers e.g. SAP at DC and DR site and apply support package is ongoing. DEV & QAS were applied and this round is about to apply in PRD which data duplication daily performs from DC to DR in the night.
My concern is inconsistent program and table structure between DC and DR if I apply support packages merely in PRD at DC. What is the best way to apply support packages in DC site?
Thank you for your effort in advance.
BR,
Peerasit
When you do an SP update in an SAP system the patches are stored in the database. You do not need to apply the patches at both the locations. If you have a standby database at the DR site then the synchronization of the database will get this done. You just need to make sure that the DB synchronization is working.
