Alerts is not working in a single cell out of range cells

Hi Xcelsius gurus,

As per my requirement i created score card after mapping the data into the scorecard i created alert on score card here the problem is alert is apply on all cells but only one cell alert is no working .

Please See the Attached screen shots

In the score card screen shots for the percentage value 65% it is showing yellow but if u checked as per condition 65% should show in Red, rest of all percentages is working fine what would be the reason.

Any help would appreciate.

Have you mapped the alerter values correctly ? Can you provide a full screenshot of the alerter configuration screen ?
