Contact Person Relation not displayed in WEB UI

Hi  all,

I am facing an issue while creating the Contact Person relationship in webUI.

It is displaying in bp relationships back end (GUI) , but its not displaying in web UI contact Relationship AB

All other relationships are displaying well in UI.

There is an SAP NOTE for this issue

Note 1238913 - Account: how to display contacts in AB \"Relationships\"

But I am currently in SAP CRM 7 EHP2.

Is there any configuration settings in current versions which can resolve this .

Please suggest how can i correct this issue.

Did you check in view BP_DATA/AccountContactsCurrentOV?

Hi Thomas,

The contact person is definitely displayed in the separate contact person Assignment Block.

But business requirement wants the "Has contact person " Relation to be available in the relationships Assignment Block.

Hence looked into the note mentioned above.

Hello JAya,

My system is also CRM 7.0 EHP2 and as mentionned in the note the filtering takes place in CL_BUPA_IL_RELATION->FILTER_RELATIONSHIPS_DYNAMIC, so I would adivse to still follow the steps of the note as it also talks about this method. You could confirm with SAP via an OSS-message or revert your changes afterwards.
