Hi,

When we replicate the vendor from ECC to SUS system, thr PI. The ECC number is not assigned in the SUS system instead it generated some number .

How to assign the same number as that of ECC in SUS. I know in standard it is not possible...But i need this functionality..what is the enhancement i need to do it...

Hi Tamil,

In standard I think its possible to replicate the vendor with the same number .

If you are using CREMAS message type to replicate the vendor from MM to SUS using PI.

And Classification is properly defined.

Could you tell me SUS system which you are using is copied from SRM ?

or its a fresh installation ?

Hi Ankit,

Tamil has correctly mentioned it, in the standard it is not possible to have the same vendor number in SUS as in ECC in case of the MM-SUS scenario. BP number in SUS will always be assigned from the internal number range, there is no configuration which could change this behavior. The R/3 number assignment is possible only via enhancements or modifications.
