Hi,

Kindly change server service manager then license server to IP address instead of computer name.

and also the each client license server information.

Thanks.

Hi,

Are you getting slow when log in or after login and during the user implementation.

Actually we had the similar issue, but the user only feel slow when login.

You may try to setup the add-on/SDK as manual when logging in. This will speed up the login time.

If you plan to connect SAP through WI-FI, please make sure the wireless connection is strong enough and provided a good range.

Other than connection, user laptop/pc performance (specification) will also influence on the SAP working slow issue. Please check on this too.

As a workaround, if really have to connect through wifi, you may setup a RDP for the connection, at least the RDP is run on LAN.

Hi,

if the rate can be consistent on > 20ms, it should be good enough.

have you check the laptop performance? CPU? memory?

How fast is the download speed?

Thanks
