Upload actual SKF from an Excel file (T-Code BATCHINPUT)

Hello,

here is the context of my question: every month I have to update the actual SKF before running my assessment cycles.

But since I am working in a very big company, it is time consuming to enter for every cost center the headcount for example.

Here my question: how can I upload the SKF massively from an excel sheet? I saw a transaction called BATCHMAN but I don't know the file structure... Can anyone help on this???

Hi Elodie,

you can use BAPI “BAPI_ACC_STAT_KEY_FIG_POST" to post the actual SKF through Tcode KB31N

Ask your ABAP consultant to help you out. You can give your format in excel as you enter data in KB31N. Rather your ABAP consultant will come to know once he explore this BAPI.

User will have to fill up the excel and the same will be uploaded in system
