Hi,
I'm just looking for the possibility to use the CRM Billing Plane from a Service Contract, to ECC for the Billing.
Is that possible?
Thank you in advance
Enrico
Hello Enrico,
It is possible to have the contract in CRM but the billing needs to be done in SD by the means of a DMR.
When you create a contract, CRM system should be creating the DMR based on the billing plan. This DMR later can be used for customer billing in ECC.

Hello Enrico,
When we create a contract in CRM, we will have one DMR created for each contract. For each billing request item, one line item will be created in DMR. The contract item and the billing request items are not relevant for billing. DMR should be assigned to contract items for billing.
In ECC you need to maintain the relevant copy control for billing. All other integration remains as it is there for service order.
You may have to put an enhancement to block the individual line items in ECC to avoid all DMR items getting billed in one go..
Thanks
Jyoti
Hi Enrico,
This link should be helpful in this scenario.
