Print T4 for active and inactive EEs separately

Hi:

I am looking for SAP's standard solution to print the T4s of the active employees through ESS, i.e. when employees login to their ESS they should be able to print the "latest" T4 which may include amendment, and for the inactive employees to run a report to print all inactive employees T4.

So basically, active employee -> ESS and inactive employees -> through spool
