Prorate Wage type

Former Member

for UK, I need to pro rate  wage type ( 0014)   based on  abscences and  work days  in a pay period.

i.e   Jan, 14

work days =  23 -  2 ( holidays ) = 21

Abscences  = 5

worked days =  21- 5   = 16

So

amount  =   amount  *  ( 16 / 21 )

can not use PRATE  as  it  goes by calenday days.

Hi vivek,

working days, paid absence days und unpaid absence days you will find in the tabel

PARTT and PARTA. You can use days or hours.

With this data you can create your own prorating calcualtion rule.

The wage type you have to assign to the appropriate prorating wage type, which has to be added in the processing class.

Please see the attached file.

Hope this helps you.

Hi Vivek,

In Processing class 10, give the specification as 1, and check for the result.

Thanks and Regards,

Dear Vivek,

I think so you can change /801 factoring as per "Jan Elsner" & also add below operation like

RTE - KAX**

KAXxx : Paid public holidays in calendar days

AAXxx : Paid public holidays in working hours

SAXxx : Paid public holidays in working hours
