E-Rec: Freezing of Filled Application wizard Data against a Job

Dear All,

Please give your valuable inputs on the below requirement.

My client wants that at the time of applying against a job, whatever data was filled by the particular candidate should be freeze.

It meanse suppose one candidate has applied today against a job and fiilled the data in Application Wizard and submitted. Whatever data he has filled against that job should not changed at any cost after the end of Job publication date.

Ex-    Start of Job publication:- 10.07.2014

         End of Job publication:- 18.07.2014

         Appiled on :- 17.07.2014

Changes not allowed against that job on & after:- 19.07.2014

But I know that candidate is free to update their profile at any time and updated data only will reflect against everywhere.

So tell me please is it possible in standard E-Recruitment or not if possible then how?

Hi Deepak,

You can't do that in standard as the candidate profile will be updated but you see the old data in the application data overview or in the different versions in the audit trail:
