Hi All,
We are trying to update a customer field of table crmd_customer_i using the FM CRM_CUSTOMER_I_CHANGE_OW inside the badi CRM_CONFIG_BADI. But we are getting an error 'Line item does not exist'. Kindly suggest a solution for this issue.

I don't think is the right spot, Did you tried the specific badi for the customer_i segment CRM_CUSTOMER_I_BADI? what's your requeriment?

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Solution Sales Configuration, so I'm not sure if you are calling the OW API in the right spot, Can you try the following sequence?
CRM_CUSTOMER_I_READ_OW
IF nothing exists
CRM_CUSTOMER_I_CREATE_OW
else
CRM_CUSTOMER_I_CHANGE_OW
I must insist, as I don't understand the complete scenario and I'm not familiar with the process maybe the solution I provided works, what doesn't mean is the right/best one.
