SAP E-Recruitment- Assigning input help to gender field in candidate search

In E-Recruitment- candidate search functionality, i have added a new search field "gender" in candidate's basic data (Additional criteria).

Please suggest how to assign input help - Male & Female to gender field.

Like other fields that have a list box type, a data collection class  and field is assigned which returns the possible list box

values but i could not find any such class for gender field.

For instance, in case of Degree field, we pass class CL_HRRCF_T77RCF_DEGREE in Data Collection which returns possible values for degree from table t77rcf_degree_t.

Hi Anamika,

The gender is stored in the business partner, so you have to select it from there.
