"Return to POD" button

Hi

Cannot able to find @ NC Tree Plug in @ POD

"Return to POD" button which displays the secondary NC code groups and available codes in NC Selection

any setting missing.

Please suggest ?

Well I got the "Return to POD" problem - NC_TREE was set as
POPOVER @ POD layout, it should be POPUP for "Return to POD" button
to display.

Now I have another question -

To analyze and log secondary NC (defect), steps are as follows:

1. Select the NC Tree button in the POD (displays the NC tree in a pop-up
window)

2. Select the row in the NC Tree and select the Return to POD button should displays the secondary NC code groups and codes in NC Selection.

But for me the secondary NC code groups never display after pressing the
"Return to POD" I am back to the POD which has POD work list but not
the NC section plugin with option to select the secondary NC code.

Please help

Hi,

I guess you are reading the How-To Guide, ain't you?

Your NC Client should be set up to allow logging a secondary code.

Then if you log a primary code and select this record in NC Tree, then the system updates NC Selection plugin to display the groups of secondary NC Codes.

Yeah you are correct, I am reading  How-To Guide

My POD is configured to log the both primary and secondary NC Codes.

BUT System in NOT updating the NC selection Plug with secondary NC group and secondary NC codes

please suggets ?

If it is not updating, then what is shown in NC Selection frame?

POD is only showing me the POD work list and if I click the LOG NC button,
it is showing the PRIMARY NC Gp along with codes

Have you tried this or you keep clicking Return To POD button?
