Hi all

Can anybody please share documents or links pertaining to integration of

Document management system and  Engineering records  with Share point.

Share point is being used for collaboration with the supplier.

Thanks & Regards

Satish

Hi Satish,

As far as I know, there is no standard integration between Microsoft Sharepoint & SAP DMS. Normally we use SAP cFolders for supplier collaboration and this cFolders has very good integration with DMS/ECM/Material master/BOM.

Ravi

Hi,

you can integrate to Microsoft Sharepoint with SAP Gateway and Microsoft Duet Enterprise.

A few customers have done this type of integration, including one customer that I know of also with Engineering Record.

The partner CaRD PLM also offers implementation services for this use case.

Regards, Ulf.

Hi,

I think the product is now under the spin-off epsFlow: SAP-Microsoft-Integration - epsFlow Gesellschaft für Prozess- und IT-Beratung mbH

Hi Ravi.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, usually with SAP,  C-foders is the best option considering the integration aspects.

But my client would be going with Sahre point for his own reasons.

Thanks & Regards

Satish

I would also consider looking at this from an NWBC perspective.

Have a look at the NWBC standard documentation:
