SAP barcode printing to citizen CL-S621

Hi Friends,

I need to enable barcode printing from sap ecc system to Citizen CL-S621 printer.

I've given the device type as SAPWIN but the barcodes are not coming as expected.

Few of the barcodes are printing fine but always coming in small letters.

Could some one help me to find what exact setting do I need to maintain for barcode printing

to Citizen CL-S621

Hi Jie Bai,

Thank you for your great and prompt support and inputs.

We have contacted hardware vendor as the same barcode was reading in capital and small letters at different times.

However I'm attaching a copy of the spool request via RSPO0030

I'll update you on the status of the same.

Also could you please let me know if I need to maintain any OS specific settings in my system which is windows 7.

Hello Nikhil,

Thanks for the update.

I didn't see any problem in your uploaded spool request content.

You also have no need to do any additional setting in OS level when you print the new technology
barcode.

Hello Nikhil,

Pls help check you are using which method in the note 1557674 to do the barcode printing?

If you are using any barcode font,pls specify the font name and attach the screen shot in the
Tcd:SE73.

Hi Jie Bai,

I already referred note 1557674, but I couldn't get you by method what you are expecting.

I've created ZC128A with below details :

Bar Code Symbology   Code 128

Bar Code Alignment   Normal

Narrow Module Width  06

Linear Height        00150

Code128 Mode:        A

Also as citizen is not included in SAP printer vendor program, I've assigned standard SAPWIN device type.

Hello Nikhil,

I suggest you to see two notes 645158 and  119604.

If the problem persists,Pls run the report RSPO0030 to download the spool which contains the barcode
and attach here.

Also pls attach the screen shot of the printed barcode.

You said that few of the barcodes are printing fine but always in small letters.
Have you checked it with any barcode reader?
