Hello All,

Does anybody know how to establish SSO over Wi-Fi?

We have SSO in our LAN, SAP GUI and WEB Gui is working perfectly fine.

Requirement is when users switch from LAN to Wi-Fi network, SLC doesn't work .

Thanks in advance

MD

Dear Manna,

Please check if you are getting tickets over the wifi and users are having required port access ( may be port 80) over the wifi network.

Thanks and regards

Hi MD,

with just this little info, I doubt you can get an aswer. For us SSO works just the same with or without wires.

What do you mean SLC does not work. Do you have different networks for WAN and WLAN ( in the sense of subnets, routing, DNS, ...) ?

Regards,

Patrick

Hello Patrick,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

SLC does not work means, it does not generates the x.509 certificate in SLC.

I am not sure about different networks of WAN and WLAN, i will ask network team about this.

Hello,

what kind of authentication do you use with Secure Login Client?
So for the Secure Login Client <-> Secure Login Server connection the kind of LAN medium is not relevant.
But for some authentication mechanisms like Kerberos / SPNEGO there are requirements (as example you need a Domain Server connection etc.).
