EEO quenstionaire attachement?

Hi All,

I am facing any issue, when we attached EE0 questionaire to process templete and process templete assigned to requisition. 

When internal and external apply for particular requistion, EEO questionaire were able to view for external applicate in questionaire tab but not for internal applicate. Only EEO questionaire not able to view.

Kindly advice.

The questionnaire was created to be valid for both? So internal and external usage?

Hi Nicole,

Yes, EEO questionaire was created for both internal and external with valid. Same questionaire was attached to process templete.

The correspondence assigned to the activity is also valid for both? Table V77RCF_ACT2FORM.

Yes, we have maitained for both. For activity type 3080 - Request EEO Questionnaire.

For display it's P_RCF_VIEW - EEO.
