Hello,

in CRM WebUI Servicepro after compiling the service confirmation release the Item, and save it appear this error (see the attached image).

I would like the system not ask for the special stock but instead for  the material from the standard storage location.

Hello Naresh,

the customizing activiy you suggested is done yet. This is the Service Logistic Scenarios.

We chose Plant/Storage Location, but in CRM UI (in the first attached image) you see that the system consider the Special Stock. We don't want Special Stock but plant /Storage location.

Any suggestion?

Hi Enrico,

I would doubt that system is expecting the customer due to the below code snippet in function module "BAPI_SERVICECONF_PROXY_UPLOAD".

Here system is assigning the spec_stock with 'W' which means customer stock. So only you are getting customer error.

Try clearing this value 'W' using the badi "SRV_CONF_MOVE_TYPE" and method CHANGE_DATA_FOR_GOODS_MM. Pass the special stock(spec_stock) as per your requirement from the list in table T148.

Did you maintain the configuration in ur R/3 system at following path

Go to transaction SCRM

1. Settings for Service process.

2.Logistic Integration

3. Create and change logistic scenario.
