OrgAudit Position Org Chart is not working properly

I'm working on OrgAudit 4.0 SP1 Build 0910021800.

After Click Position Org Chart then click expand position, I got below error.

I have not changed any configuration, except Setup Connection, Re-create Structure, Extract Data, Run Audit.

Is this function not working properly? Or I have to adjust anything?

I already fixed this by extract data again, it might be something wrong when extract data.

Did you set up either a root id for the position org chart? (or use User's own starting point?)

Do you have S-S relationships defined in your SAP system?

Hi Stephen,

I use Orgchart root value source = User Record , and try User record field = ORGUNIT / POSITION

Both display as Org Structure and error when click expand.

I also tried with ID = position that has relation S-S in hrp1001 but it cannot display.
