Hi Team,
SAP BODS Designer crashes when we try to open Match Editor from Tools.
BODS version: 4.2 SP01.
We have disabled the firewall as well and there seem no network issue with server.
Other team mates on the same version but at different location are able to access Match Editor and we all are trying on the same job. Can you please guide me what is wrong on the systems I am working on!
Cheers,
Cherry.
Are you running the 32-bit client tools?

Strange you get exactly the same error on 64-bit. Because it's memory-related, that shouldn't be the case at all.
Can you please double-check? Just asking, because I have got this error several times before with the match transform, but I have never been able to reproduce in the 64-bit version.
Are you sure that there is no issue with the configuration? Try implementing the same in new dataflow and see if that works.
Regards,
Ansari MS

Arun Kumar qustion was right, first kindly check the do u have sufficient system memory, and let us know while trying to open the match editor only you are getting this issue or with other operations as well. Usually if it is a problem with network it will crashes after logging in to the designer and while trying to do any operations. Kindly check with the BODS admins as well there might be problem with your BODS Repository as well, if they allocate less space for your repository and if you have more objects in that, it may cause the problem as well.

Hi Arun/Subbu,
Thanks for the response, there is sufficient memory available. Other transformations are working fine. And tried with same user on same repository in different location and it worked.
Is there any path in my local system or in server where I can check for logs related to this issue.
Cheers,
Cherry.
Hi Arun/Subbu,
Thanks for the response, I have already raised SAP ticket and is pending for some time now.
Under the path: C:\Users\AAA\AppData\Local\SAP\Data Services\log, I found the following log, and when searched with issue log there are others who got the same issue in the same version of BODS (4.2 SP01) but not in Match Editor; and thread related to those queries are also not answered and comments suggest there are still waiting for SAP's response on it.
