Hi,
Instead of going for LSO Business Package client want to use Training and Event management in ESS. So kindly suggest what all functionality to be added or can be given in ESS and MSS.
T and E is not recommended for ESS usage as its been superseded via LSO and more functionality in LSO is available, its highly recommended to go with this one also which release you are on, which can play a decisive factor too!

As i understand the importance of LSO but client requirement is like the above wher they want to map in ESSMSS:
Manager nominate training event calendar to Training team
Training time create a Business Event type in R/3 and send a mail to manager.
Manager will send Traning event to employee with alternative dates.
Employee will get a mail and book there dates on traning event - option of rebook,cancle, booking should be allowed.
Manager will get a list of nominated employees for the business event.
Once Training is completed Trainer should update training rating which should reflect to both Manger and employee.
This are the above requirement from client which should be mapped in ESSMSS
So can we recommend this solution to client using only ESSMSS.
ESS 7.4 on ehp 7 is the server client uses.
