CR 2008 Runtime for windows 7

Hi,

I have installed Crystal reports 2008 SP3 in windows 7 system .(Version:12.3.0.601)

Installed Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime (CRRuntime_12_3_mlb.msi)

But below attached error is coming,

Could anyone help me on this?

I am using crystal reports 2008 not from visual studio. i have separately installed  crystal reports 2008 SP3.

Application is complied to target ANY CPU.
