CBIH82 - External processing (plant maintenance) function not found; Message no. CBIH365

Dear Experts!

I tried to create “Notification” from Technical tab page in safety measure (from incident log entry) in Transaction CBIH82.

I got the following error,

I checked the configuration setting on PM side for the notification type “OS” of category “1”.

All the recommended settings are in place.

Checked the Environmental parameters in EHS side and found notification type “OS” assigned to the parameter, “IHS_NOTIFICATION_TYPE”.

Please give you suggestions / solutions to solve this issue !

Note: I manually created Notification in PM using T-code "IW21" of notification type “OS” and it is working.

Seems some compatibility issue , check with Basis for PM Release 4.0..

Hi !

Can you specify the component required in PM side for this..? When I check the component in SFW5 transaction, I See a lot of data (BFS & Components) related to PM (Enterprise Asset Management).

Note: We are getting this error message after this FM, CBIF_ACPM_CREATE_NOTI_MEAS.

The issue is resolved after the component upgrade !
