Shift Note configuration

Hi,

I have created new Notification type SN for shift note.

Now I am creating Screen template for notification type.

But I didn't found screen 130 (Shift note) and screen 131 (Shift note attachment) in screen area tab 1 and 2 respectively in "Simplified View: Screen Areas"

Have anybody workout on this.

Hi Rajesh,

Copy the existing screen  (Shift note)  and name as screen 130 (Shift note) & screen 130 (Shift note)

and check screen (Shift note) will appear

Hi Kabil,

As such I didn't found how & where the option to copy existing screen (Shift note).

Could you please further elaborate how to do it.
