post to that they have assigned the cost centre from 16-07-2014 and Run ( LIVE) payroll for the same period. Now getting an error while posting documents due to non assignment of Cost centre from the date of hiring.....

Now the question is how to reassign the cost centre from the date of hiring?? is there any solution??

If so, kindly suggest....

Thanks,

Attach the error screeshot. It will be happening. Might be you are not doing correctly.

Else you can try with IT0027.

Hi Pratibha,

Perform the following steps:

1. Delete the payroll result from PU01.

2. Go to TCode PPOM_OLD (Or PPOME) and remove the employee from the position.

3. Change the start date of the position and reassign to the employee again.

4. Assign cost center to the position.

5. Run the payroll.

6. Perform posting.

Try these steps if works.

Hi,

From PO13 give the Position no and then go to relationship.

From there you assign A 011 relationship from 18.06.2014 with correct cost center. Then automatically IT0001 will update.

If Cost center is Organizational Unit level then PO10 and same procedure like above.

Check and tell me.
